Delete Your Account — RTS Outpost

This page explains how to delete your RTS Outpost account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the game, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Option 1 — Delete in the game (fastest)

Open RTS Outpost.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and its data are permanently removed right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you:

Send an email to support@rtsoutpost.com with the subject "Delete my RTS Outpost account".
Include the email address or the player name / friend code linked to your account so we can locate it.
We will process the request and confirm by email, typically within a few days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the personal and account data tied to you, including:

Your account and any linked sign-in methods (email, Google, Apple, Steam).
Your player name, profile, rank, XP, and faction.
Your friends, friend code, and blocked-player list.
Your presence/online status.

Your name is also removed or anonymized from past match records so you can no longer be identified.

What may be retained

We may keep a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and we may keep anonymized or aggregated statistics that no longer identify you. Purchase records required for tax or accounting are retained by Apple / Google as the payment processors.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active auto-renewing subscription. To stop future billing you must cancel it in your store account settings — iOS: Settings › your name (Apple ID) › Subscriptions; Android: Play Store › profile › Payments & subscriptions.
