This Privacy Policy explains how RTS Outpost ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play on mobile (iOS, Android) or on the web. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
a) Multiplayer & connection data. RTS Outpost is an online multiplayer game. To connect you to game servers and run matches, we process your IP address, approximate region, connection/session data, and in-game actions (units, buildings, match results). This is required for online gameplay to function.
b) Device & usage data (analytics). We use analytics tools — Google Analytics (web) and Google Firebase (mobile) — to understand how the Game is used and to improve it. This may include device model, operating system, language, app version, crash logs, session length, and in-game events, along with device/analytics identifiers.
c) Advertising. The Game may show ads. On mobile (iOS, Android) ads are served via Google AdMob; on the web (including web-portal versions) ads may be served via CrazyGames. Advertising partners may collect and use your advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / IDFA) and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. On iOS, personalized ads require your consent (App Tracking Transparency).
d) Purchases. The Game may offer in-app purchases (for example, "Remove Ads"). Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive purchase confirmation data to deliver your purchase and prevent fraud.
e) Account & sign-in data. RTS Outpost uses player accounts to run the persistent world, leaderboard, and social features. When you first play, a guest account is created for you automatically. You may optionally link it to an email address (verified with a one-time code) or to Sign in with Apple, Google, or Steam. Depending on what you link, we process a player name, an email address, and the basic account identifier returned by the sign-in provider. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time (see Section 6).
f) Social features & public profile. The Game includes social features — friends, friend codes, online presence, and a public commander profile. Your player name, rank, faction, and match statistics are visible to other players on public profiles and the leaderboard, and your online / in-battle status is visible to your friends. If you use the block or report tools, we store the accounts you block and the reports you file (including the reason and context) to keep the community safe and to review abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers above to operate the Game, or when required by law.
RTS Outpost is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (reset/limit advertising ID) and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency.
Deleting your account. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the Game (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing us at the address below. Deletion removes your profile, account, friends, and social data; some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and anonymized/aggregated data may be kept. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no method is 100% secure.
We may update this policy as the Game evolves (e.g., when accounts, ads, or purchases launch). Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
