Terms of Service — RTS Outpost

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RTS Outpost ("the Game", "we", "us", "our") on mobile (iOS, Android) and web. By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to play. If you are a minor, you may use the Game only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Game, including its code, art, characters, names, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game except as allowed by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, use bots, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game or its servers.
• Disrupt, overload, or attack the game servers or other players' experience.
• Harass, abuse, or use offensive names/content toward other players.
• Access the Game through unauthorized means or use another player's account without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation, without notice.

User content and moderation. Your player name and any content you create or submit are your responsibility; by submitting them you confirm they are not unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The Game provides tools to block other players and to report abuse; we review reports and may remove content and suspend or permanently remove offending accounts, typically within 24 hours. We are not obligated to pre-screen content but may remove it at our discretion.

4. Accounts

RTS Outpost uses player accounts. A guest account is created for you when you first play, and you may link it to an email address or to Sign in with Apple, Google, or Steam. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and linked sign-in methods secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the Game (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Virtual items and purchases

The Game may offer virtual items and in-game currency, and optional in-app purchases (for example, "Remove Ads").

• Virtual items and currency are a limited license to use within the Game. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the respective store and applicable law; except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
• We may add, change, or remove virtual items, prices, or features at any time.

5a. Auto-renewable subscriptions

The Game offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium benefits (ads removed and premium commander avatars):

• Premium (3 months) — US$3.99, billed every 3 months.
• Premium (1 year) — US$7.99, billed every 12 months.
• A one-time Lifetime unlock (US$14.99) is also available; it is a single non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region; the exact price and period are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. For the subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your store account settings (iOS: Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Android: Play Store › profile › Payments & subscriptions).
• Deleting the app or your in-game account does not cancel an active subscription — you must cancel it in your store account settings to stop future billing.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Advertising

The Game may display advertising provided by third parties (such as Google AdMob on mobile and CrazyGames on the web). Your interactions with ads are governed by the advertiser's and ad network's terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Service availability and changes

RTS Outpost is an online, evolving service. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any feature (including online servers, matches, or the persistent world) at any time, and in-game progress or data may be reset. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
